This notice explains how TWC Enterprises Ltd, trading as Severn Climate, uses personal information when you make an enquiry or become a customer.
What we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, contact preference, postcode, information about the room, survey records, quotes, job records and communications. We do not currently accept photos through this website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess suitability, prepare a recommendation or quote, arrange work, meet legal obligations, secure our systems and improve our service. Optional marketing is kept separate and requires your affirmative choice.
Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers needed to operate the business, such as secure hosting, communications, accounting and professional advisers. We do not sell customer data.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are scheduled for review and deletion after 12 months unless there is a legal, dispute or suppression-list reason to retain limited information. Customer, quote and transaction records may need longer retention for tax, warranty, insurance and legal purposes. A final retention schedule will be approved before public collection is enabled.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and can withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
